The PCB lead cutting machine EF-650 is a selective automatic lead cutting machine that can greatly solve the problem of lead cutting workstations.

It is specifically designed for selectively cutting the leads of electronic components that cannot be controlled in length after tinning. At the same time, it can vacuum suck the cut leads into a container, greatly improving the efficiency of lead cutting and ensuring (which cannot be guaranteed by manual labor) not to damage PCBs and electronic components. It also overcomes the disadvantage of manual lead cutting not being able to control the length of the leads, greatly saving labor costs, improving efficiency, and enhancing quality. Currently, our company has introduced multiple models of machines for customers with different needs to choose from.

Features

  1. The normal operating power of the PCB lead cutting machine is 700W.
  2. The PCB lead cutting machine automatically cuts and vacuums each lead according to a pre-programmed path, with the length of each cut individually controllable, and scrap leads automatically recycled.
  3. The lead cutting efficiency is above 7200 points per hour, suitable for cutting leads on PCB single boards or panels within 250*320 dimensions.
  4. It can cut leads with a maximum copper material diameter of 1.6mm, with adjustable cut lengths ranging from 0.5-5mm and a cutting accuracy of less than ±0.1mm. These are the features of the PCB lead cutting machine.

  5. Global modification is possible, where modifying a setting for a specific lead point will apply the change to all similar lead cutting items in the current point.
  6. After program setting, optimization can be performed. When there are no obstacles between two adjacent lead cutting items, the machine will optimize the shortest running path to enhance efficiency.
  7. The PCB lead cutting machine EF-650 automatically calculates compensation points, requiring only the specification of supplementary distances in the plane and space to determine the position of compensation points.
  8. The conveying track of the PCB lead cutting machine EF-650 uses a pulley conveyor method, eliminating the need to change belts for more stable and precise transmission.
  9. The width adjustment of the conveying track is done through sliding adjustment with electric lock tightening to prevent board dropping due to loose adjustment, making the process quicker and more flexible.
  10. Position sensing adopts imported fiber optic sensors for precise positioning, with accuracy up to ±0.01mm.
  11. Parts are vacuumed into containers during cutting to maintain a clean work environment and facilitate easier cleaning.
  12. The cutting head can be adjusted at any angle and in any direction.
