Screw Counting Machine Adjustment Method

The following are operating steps and mode descriptions. Please use the button labels as in the original text when operating on the actual device.

1. Count Setting / Auto Loop Time

1. Turn on the power, press and hold the set button for 3 seconds until the light flashes.
2. Then press the “” button to set the screw quantity, range 0–9999, any value.
3. Press the Set button again to configure the auto-loop mode; the loop time will auto-repeat after 01–10 seconds.

Note: Please confirm the button names match the labels on the device to ensure correct operation.

2. Auto / Manual Setting

1. Press and hold the set button for 3 seconds until the LED flashes. Enter mode selection.
2. Press the Set button to choose between modes 1–4.

Mode Descriptions

• Mode 1: When the screw count reaches the set value, an alarm sounds. After the alarm, the count automatically resets to zero. Press the micro switch to proceed to the next cycle.
• Mode 2: When the screw count reaches the set value, an alarm sounds. After the alarm, you need to press the “” button to reset to zero. Press the micro switch to proceed to the next cycle; if you do not press the “” button to reset, the count accumulates in multiples of the set value.
• Mode 3: Normal counting continues up to 9999, then an alarm sounds. You need to press the “” button to reset to zero.
• Mode 4: Auto loop mode: When the number reaches the set value, an alarm sounds and resets to zero. After waiting for the set number of seconds, the auto-start loop mode begins. After selecting, press and hold the Set button for 3 seconds to return to the main page.
