Our extendable PCB conveyor is a fully automated pass through machine that allows people and vehicles to go through, rather than round a complete line. Since the retracted position of the conveyor is its idle position. Thus there is no need to press any buttons to pass through the line. When you need to continuously pass the PCB, he conveyor is retractable. It turns a full PCB linking conveyor again.

Each side and section of the conveyor has its own motor drives and belts. The working principle of the conveyor involves connecting between machines in SMT production lines. It has the function such as buffering, inspecting, testing, or manually inserting electronic components between PCB circuit boards.

The main hardware configuration of the conveyor includes a reinforced and thickened steel pipe body, welded for smooth conveyance. The conveying mechanism features an anti-static belt with aluminum guide rails to ensure smooth and non-blocking transportation.

An imported motor makes torque reduction through a combination of gears of different sizes within the reduction motor. The control system manages the opening and closing of the machine. It also adjusts the track transmission speed, controls the power switch, mode selection switch, and speed adjustment knob.


Features:

The extendable PCB conveyor features chamfering at the junction, ensuring smooth board transfer without jamming. An anti-static operation table comes with a green, wear-resistant, 20mm thick anti-static edge-wrapped tabletop.

The width adjustment mechanism allows for easy and smooth adjustment. Sensors filter out effective signals and apply them for sensitive detection with strong anti-interference capabilities.

Adjustable foot cups enhance the stability of the workbench. With plastic protective pads at the bottom serving an anti-static function and preventing floor scratches.


Our extendable PCB conveyor configuration as below.

  1. Standard precision screw width adjustment ensures smooth adjustment.
  2. It uses a professional wear-resistant and anti-static flat belt, along with dedicated aluminum profile guide rails, ensuring smooth connection and stable transportation.
  3. Standard equipped with signal lines for online connection with other equipment.
  4. The conveyor table is customizable to different lengths of guide rails according to customer requirements.
  5. The workbench surface has an anti-static rubber to better prevent static electricity.
  6. The conveying motors use two 42*48 stepper motors.
  7. The telescopic linear slide rail is 20*20 precise, durable, and wear-resistant.
  8. The cylinder lifting part moves smoothly without shaking up and down.
  9. Standard SMEMA communication.
