The Overhead ionizer includes 4 fans with adjustable speeds. And Ionization systems provide neutralization of charges. Our Overhead ionizer can generate a large amount of airflow with positive and negative charges, which can neutralize the charges on the surface of an object. When the surface of the object carries a negative charge, it will attract positive charges from the airflow. When the surface of the object carries a positive charge, it will attract negative charges from the airflow. Thus it neutralizes the static electricity on the surface of the object and achieving the purpose of eliminating static electricity.
Then how the Overhead ionizer works?It uses low current and high voltage to create a strong electric field. So that it neutralizes static electricity and remove dust. Besides,the EI-1104 static elimination function can address production issues caused by static electricity, such as dust attraction, bonding problems in plastic processing, and static repulsion causing small parts to jump.
